Nina Sinisterra

Founder and marketing expert connecting people, technology, and tools.

Nina Sinisterra’s story is one for the books—or maybe a Netflix series. An immigrant from Colombia in 2000, she arrived with big dreams and even bigger determination. She earned a scholarship from La Universidad Javeriana to attend the University of Miami and later graduated from FIU with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Not stopping there, she completed her MBA at Nova Southeastern University.

While supporting herself as a front desk assistant at a doctor’s office during her FIU days, Nina fell in love with healthcare—and the rest is history. Over the past 20+ years, she’s become a powerhouse in healthcare marketing, working with top-tier organizations like Baptist Health, Conviva (a Humana-owned company), and private equity-backed healthcare companies. She’s built teams from scratch to 21 high-impact members, managed campaigns from $0 to $40 million, and led rebrands and digital transformations that left a mark across the industry.
But Nina isn’t just a marketing genius—she’s also got a heart of gold. Married to Carlos Gomez since Valentine’s Day 2004 (yes, she’s one of the “cheese” ones), she’s the proud mom of the amazing Emilia Gomez. Known for her hard work, ethical standards, and commitment to compliance, Nina has earned her reputation as a trusted leader in healthcare marketing.
Today, she channels her expertise into helping companies market themselves and grow through Marketing Pro Growth, turning vision into results, strategy into action, and campaigns into real revenue.
